Este articulo trata de ser una propuesta distinta a la que brinda el utilitarismo de regla para unificar los derechos humanos que se proponen en Sobre la Libertad y el planteamiento utilitarista que está en el texto denominado El utilitarismo de S.J. Mill. En este sentido, se invita a reflexionar desde cierta perspectiva ontológica del ser humano que existe en Mill y que permite relacionar ambas propuestas.
This article attempts to be a different proposal from that of the utilitarianism norm to unify the human rights proposed in On Liberty and the utilitarian approach to the text called Utilitarianism by S. J. Mill. In this regard, we are invited to reflect from the ontological perspective of the human being that exists in Mill and which allows us to relate both proposals.
