Challenge-Based Learning (CBL) is a methodology that fosters creativity and critical thinking by posing challenges relevant to the student's training that are clearly identifiable as real situations. In today's agriculture, new techniques and technologies are being used which allow us to know and manage the variability of production to improve the sustainability and efficiency of agricultural systems, forming the so-called precision agriculture (PA). It is proposed that students in the 2nd year of the Master's Degree in Agronomic Engineering, through the ABR and the principles of PA, carry out a real experience in the management of a crop. For this purpose, learning has been oriented towards decision-making in the management of fleets of agricultural vehicles and the variable distribution of inputs, articulated in four guiding activities. A total of 26 students participated, working on soft skills, such as communication, decision-making and results orientation, and technical skills related to the agriculturaldomain and specific technological tools. The aforementioned aspects were assessed by means of a theoretical questionnaire, evaluation of the guiding activities and a presentation of the solution provided, achieving higher scores than in previous courses with conventional methodologies.
