    El presente artículo aborda el potencial didáctico de mindfulness en Educación Primaria. Primeramente, se expondrán los numerosos beneficios que conlleva su práctica para, a continuación, centrarnos en el ámbito educativo. Posteriormente, se planteará una propuesta para llevar esta filosofía al aula de Lengua y literatura, de manera que se trabajen los contenidos del currículo a la vez que se mejora la atención y concentración del alumnado.

    This article will discuss the pedagogical potential of mindfulness in Primary Education. First of all, the many benefits of its practice will be provided. Subsequently, we will focus on the field of education, and to conclude, a proposal for the Language and Literature classroom will be presented in order to demonstrate that it is possible to work with the curriculum contents while improving the attention and mental concentration of the students.
