The paper describes the main aspects involved in the models of informational and technological societies, their socio-historical characteristics and factors that favored their formations. It presents a brief history of the evolution of technological means, from the point of view of information, in the 20th and 21st centuries. It discusses how these characteristics and factors reflect directly in the social relations, in labor relations, in order to show changes in their traditional aspects, triggering a technical-scientific revolution from the information and communication technologies. Finally, it analyzes the socioeconomic effects of the global expansion of neoliberal rationality, justifying capitalism and the technological revolution, by the reformability of social rights of workers with the commitment of employability and social development.
O artigo descreve os principais aspectos envoltos aos modelos de sociedades informacional e tecnológica, suas características sócio-históricas e fatores que favoreceram para suas formações. Apresenta um breve histórico da evolução dos meios tecnológicos, a partir do ponto de vista da informação, nos séculos XX e XXI. Discute como tais características e fatores refletem diretamente no tecido social, nas relações trabalhistas, de modo a evidenciar alterações em seus aspectos tradicionais, desencadeando uma revolução técnico-científica a partir das tecnologias da informação e comunicação. Por fim, analisa os efeitos socioeconômicos da expansão global da racionalidade neoliberal, justificadora do capitalismo e da revolução tecnológica, por reformabilidade de direitos sociais de trabalhadores com o comprometimento da empregabilidade e desenvolvimento social.
