This study is based on the background of the big data era and explores sustainable development strategies for Sino foreign cooperative universities. With the rapid development and widespread application of big data technology, Sino foreign cooperative universities are facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges. How to utilize big data resources to promote the sustainable development of Sino foreign cooperative universities has become an urgent problem to be solved. This article first analyzes the current development status and challenges faced by Sino foreign cooperative universities in the era of big data, including the integration of educational resources, improvement of teaching quality, and promotion of scientific research and innovation. Then, based on the characteristics and advantages of big data technology, a series of sustainable development strategies for Sino foreign cooperative universities were proposed, including building big data platforms, optimizing educational resource allocation, improving teaching and research levels, and strengthening international exchanges and cooperation. Finally, through case analysis, the effectiveness and feasibility of these measures were verified, providing useful references and insights for the sustainable development of Sino foreign cooperative universities in the era of big data.
