El estudio que prosigue convoca a un recorrido por las principales normas reguladoras de la materia del empleo en nuestro país, deteniéndose en aquéllos de sus contenidos que nos hablan más directamente de cómo respecto de la misma entablan sus relaciones el Estado y las CC.AA. En términos cronológicos, nos remontamos a la Constitución de 1931 para concluir en la actual Ley de Empleo, haciendo parada obligada en las de 1980, 2003 y 2015, amén de en la CE 1978 y una selección de jurisprudencia de su máximo intérprete.
The study that follows calls for a tour of the main regulatory norms on the subject of employment in our country, stopping at those of their contents that speak most directly to us about how the State and the Autonomous Communities establish their relations with respect to it. In chronological terms, we go back to the Constitution of 1931 to conclude in the current Employment Law, making an obligatory stop in those of 1980, 2003 and 2015, in addition to the 1978 SC and a selection of jurisprudence of its greatest interpreter
