El interés en La brecha de género en el acceso digital y la inclusión tecnológica es alto, pero hay vacíos que justifican una investigación bibliométrica. En consecuencia, el objetivo de la investigación es examinar las tendencias investigativas sobre brecha de género en el acceso digital y la inclusión tecnológica. Se propone un análisis bibliométrico basado en la declaración PRISMA-2020. En los últimos años, ha habido un marcado interés académico y científico, especialmente en 2021 y 2023, en la brecha de género en el acceso digital y la inclusión tecnológica. Autores como Singh S y Feliu J son altamente productivos, pero no necesariamente citados ampliamente. Se observa una tendencia hacia temas emergentes como “Digital Skills”, “Technology Stem Camp”, “Social Networks” y “Working From Home”, así como conceptos consolidados como “Habilidades Digitales” e “Internet”. La bibliometría guía futuras investigaciones y revela tendencias en este campo.
Interest in the gender gap in digital access and technological inclusion is high, but there are gaps that warrant bibliometric research. Therefore, the aim of the research is to examine research trends on the gender gap in digital access and technological inclusion. A bibliometric analysis based on the PRISMA-2020 statement is proposed. In recent years, there has been a marked academic and scientific interest in the gender gap in digital access and technological inclusion, especially in 2021 and 2023. Authors such as Singh S and Feliu J are highly productive, but not necessarily widely cited. There is a trend towards emerging topics such as “digital literacy”, “technology stem camp”, “social networks” and “working from home”, as well as consolidated concepts such as “digital literacy” and “internet”. Bibliometrics guide future research and reveal trends in the field.
