El presente artículo tiene por finalidad invitar a la reflexión sobre la importancia de adoptar medidas eficaces para actuar contra la violencia de género desde la perspectiva de la interseccionalidad: mujer víctima de violencia y mujer con discapacidad. Como elementos de ayuda en la reflexión, se hace un breve recorrido por la normativa, y por la implantación en España de las directivas y tratados relacionados con el tema objeto de estudio. Este marco se confronta con un análisis en profundidad que muestra la realidad social de las mujeres con discapacidad víctimas de violencia de género realizado a partir de la experiencia en el diseño y gestión del «Programa Mujeres en Modo ONVG», desarrollado por Inserta Empleo en el marco del Programa Operativo de Inclusión Social y de la Economía Social con la cofinanciación del FSE y de la Fundación ONCE.
Fruto de este programa, en el año 2023 se han elaborado diversos informes que se comparten en el desarrollo del documento, y que sirven de base para las conclusiones y recomendaciones finales
The purpose of this article is to invite reflection on the importance of adopting ef- fective measures to act against gender violence from the perspective of intersectiona- lity: women victims of violence and women with disabilities.
As elements to help in the reflection, a brief tour of the regulations is made, and the implementation in Spain of the directives and treaties related to the topic under study.
This framework is confronted with an in-depth analysis that shows the social reality of women with disabilities who are victims of gender violence, based on the experience in the design and management of the «Women in Mode ONVG Program», developed by Inserta Empleo in the framework of the Operational Program for Social Inclusion and the Social Economy with co-financing from the ESF and the ONCE Foundation. As a result of this program, in 2023 various reports have been prepared that are shared in the development of the document, and that serve as the basis for the final conclusions and recommendations.
