  El análisis de los intangibles es importante porque se trata de activos que pueden influenciar significativamente el valor empresarial a largo plazo. El análisis DEMATEL (Decision-Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory) es una metodología para analizar intangibles porque permite evaluar las relaciones entre los factores que pueden influir en su rendimiento. Este caso de estudio tiene como objetivo analizar los factores del capital humano de una empresa de consultoría mediante la creación y adaptación de la matriz DEMATEL.

  The analysis of intangibles is important because these are assets that can significantly influence the long-term business value. DEMATEL (Decision-Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory) is a useful methodology for the analysis of intangibles because it allows evaluating the relationships between factors that can influence performance. The objective of this case study is to analyze the human capital factors in a consulting firm by creating and adapting the DEMATEL matrix of Interactions and Influences Analysis.
