    A produção da vigilância por meio da tecnologia na sociedade contemporânea vem sendo percebida de forma cada vez mais onipresente no cotidiano, moldando subjetividades e estimulando os mais diversos comportamentos. Assim, partindo da obra de Byung-Chul Han e do diálogo com pensadores contemporâneos sobre a problemática da vigilância e do controle social a partir da tecnologia, o ensaio propõe realizar uma análise sobre os fundamentos da revolução digital que possibilitaram o surgimento da vigilância moderna e dos estímulos aos comportamentos individuais realizados a fim de facilitar e expandir a vigilância, partindo dos conceitos trabalhados por Han e seus principais interlocutores. Dessa forma, a pesquisa, a partir da identificação do controle exercido por meio das novas tecnologias de vigilância, pôde delinear a abrangência e os potenciais usos dessas técnicas para o controle social. Em termos metodológicos, como objetivo geral, explorar-se-á a abrangência da vigilância e do controle social praticados por meio da tecnologia, segundo o pensamento de Byung-Chul Han. Como objetivo específico, explorar-se-á as dinâmicas neoliberais que possibilitam e fomentam ofenômeno da vigilância no século XXI. Para tanto, utilizou-se o método hermenêutico-fenomenológico para a compreensão da vigilância tecnológica neoliberal enquanto fenômeno contemporâneo.

    The surveillance society comes through technology in the contemporary being perceived in an increasingly present way in everyday life, shaping subjectivities and stimulating the most diverse behaviors. Thus, starting from the work of Byung-Chul Hanand the dialogue with contemporary thinkers about surveillance and carrying out social control from technology, the essay and an analysis of the foundations of the digital revolution that made possible the aid of modern surveillance of stimuli to the individual behaviors carried out in order to facilitate and expand surveillance, based on the concepts worked by Han and his main leaders. Thus, from a new form of control, the identification of uses, through control technologies, could be delineated from new control techniques, the potential uses. In methodological terms, as a general, exploring the agency of conservation and social control of the protection of the terms of technology, according to the thinking of Byung-Chul Han. As a specific objective, it will be explored how neoliberal dynamics enable and foster the phenomenon of surveillance in the 21st century. For that, the hermeneutictological approach was used for the contemporary understanding of the neoliberal technological method as a phenomenon
