El presente texto analiza el derecho constitucional ambiental en Francia. El diseño metodológico establece que el enfoque de la investigación es el cualitativo, el análisis de discurso es la técnica de análisis de datos y la unidad de análisis es el conjunto de normas jurídicas y decisiones judiciales. El texto tiene cuatro partes: la primera es la introducción; la segunda está dedicada al estudio de la Carta del Medio Ambiente; la tercera parte analiza quiénes son y qué rol juegan los actores institucionales; y la cuarta parte indaga sobre las potencialidades que tienen los ciudadanos franceses frente al tema ambiental.
This text analyzes the constitutional environmental law in France. The methodological design establishes that the focus of the research is qualitative, the discourse analysis is the data analysis technique and the unit of analysis is the legal norms and judicial decisions. The text has four parts: the first one is the introduction; the second part is dedicated to the study of the Environmental charter; the second part analyzes who are and what role do institutional actors play; the third part inquiries about the potential that French citizens have regarding the environmental issue.
