The family is one of the groups in which people are integrated to achieve their free personal development and that during the last century has undergone great changes. The objective that I propose in this article is: to highlight the regulation of family mediation that has been developed at national and regional level, with particular reference to family mediation in the Basque Country, also include some fundamental issues that we understand of the Government's Report Basque 2014, ending with the conclusions.
