O estudo dos factores que permiten obter vantaxes competitivas sostibles quemelloran o rendemento organizativo segue sendo tema de debate na actual contornaempresarial. O obxectivo principal deste traballo é identificar os factores sobre os que asempresas gandeiras deben exercer control para incrementar o seu éxito no mercado. Paraiso, realízase un estudo empírico nunha mostra de 201 explotacións gandeiras. Osresultados amosan a importante influencia que ten o tamaño, a mecanización, o benestaranimal e a renovación das instalacións para o éxito competitivo.
The study of the factors that enable sustainable competitive advantages that improve organizational performance is still debated in the current business environment. The main objective of this article is to identify the factors on which livestock enterprises must exert control to increase their market success. For this, an empirical study was conducted on a sample of 201 farms. The results show the important influence of the size, mechanization, animal welfare and renovation of facilities in competitive success.
