El objetivo de este trabajo es analizar el proceso de diseño del Máster en Innovación Industrial y Optimización de Procesos de la Universidad de Vigo así como los resultados obtenidos en su primera edición. En cuanto al diseño destacamos el carácter multidisciplinar del máster, un contenido integrado de gestión de la innovación y optimización de procesos y la participación de empresas y asociaciones de reconocido prestigio en el ámbito de la innovación.
En cuanto a los resultados de la primera edición han sido muy satisfactorios y tanto profesores como alumnos consideran que se han alcanzado con creces los objetivos inicialmente establecidos
The aim of this paper is to describe the design process of the MSc in Industrial Innovation and Process Improvement at the University of Vigo, as well as to analize the results obtained in its first edition. With regard to the design process, we emphasize the multidisciplinary character of its content, an integrated perspective of innovation management and process improvement, and the participation of several companies and business associations with a widely known reputation in both fields. The results of the first edition have been very satisfactory, since the reported opinions of lecturers, students and participating businesses reflect that the initially established goals have been reached succesfully
