La Sala de lo Social del Tribunal Supremo, en sentencia de 23 de junio de 2026, resuelve el recurso de casación planteado por UGT y CCOO contra la sentencia de la Audiencia Nacional que calificó ajustada la modificación sustancial de las condiciones de trabajo realizada por la empresa por causas productivas y consideró que la negociación fue de buena fe. El Alto Tribunal desestima el recurso y confirma la sentencia impugnada.
The Supreme Court Social Chamber, in a judgment dated 23 June 2026, ruled on the appeal in cassation lodged by UGT and CCOO against the judgment of the National High Court, which had found that the substantial change to working conditions made by the company for production-related reasons was justified and had considered that the negotiations had been conducted in good faith. The Supreme Court dismissed the appeal and upheld the contested judgment.
