The ethnic-territorial rights of the victims of the armed conflict have been discussed in the jurisprudence of the Constitutional Court, which has sought the defense and vindication of the rights of indigenous communities and peoples. Now, the interpretation that has guided the Court’s decision-making allows, at times, to ignore diverse worldviews and epistemologies, hindering access to the administration of justice and the rights of victims. Therefore, this article aims to determine the understanding of the ethnic-territorial rights of the victims of the armed conflict in the judicial decisions issued by the Constitutional Court in light of the Special Jurisdiction for Peace
