The advent of the Second Spanish Republic on April 14, 1931, marked a fundamental change in the state regime at the beginning of the 20th century after the Alfonsine monarchy. However, the importance of this historical period, from 1931 to 1939, contrasts sharply with the existence of quality scientific and academic literature that addresses topics of ceremony, protocol, and Prize Law in general terms, and specifically from a civil perspective. This research focuses on analyzing the various aspects related to Prize Law from a civil perspective, without entering into the military sphere, which the new political regime emphasized as a fundamental means of shaping the image of power and legitimizing and staging the construction of the republican state through its normative development.
