    El artículo aborda la transición normativa del derecho vigente hasta antes de la promulgación de una nueva Constitución o reforma constitucional y sistematiza la discusión en esta materia. Al respecto, revisa los debates que ha tenido la doctrina chilena sobre el tema. Luego, muestra otros problemas que presenta la transición normativa en un cambio o reforma constitucional y que no han sido detectados por la doctrina constitucional chilena. El escrito analiza esos problemas a la luz de los intentos de cambios constitucionales de 2022 y 2023 en Chile.

    The article studies the normative transition off the current law in case of new constitu tion and systematizes the discussion in this area. The paper studies the debates by chilean authors. Then, it show the problem that implies the normative transition in Chile and that not have been detected from constitutional authors. The document analyzes these problems in light of constitu tional change de attempts in 2022 and 2023 in Chile.
