La presente guía propone una intervención socioeducativa integral que permitirá abordar la profecía autocumplida, la autoestima y las expresiones de género bajo una mirada interseccional, feminista e inclusiva. A través de la revisión crítica y correlacional de variables significativas, se analizan las distintas etapas del ciclo vital y los principales contextos de intervención (educativo formal y no formal, familiar y comunitario). Una de las herramientas más significativas es el lenguaje inclusivo que cumple una función transformadora al visibilizar desigualdades, alimentar la autorrepresentación, inclusión, visibilización, promoviendo la cultura de respeto, reconocimiento y equidad. También se proponen estrategias concretas para la formación del profesorado y el acompañamiento socioeducativo basado en derechos, con especial atención a la diversidad y la justicia social. Desde la base científica, la neuroplasticidad legitima el poder de cambio, capacidad de aprendizaje y resiliencia en toda la etapa del desarrollo vital. Esta evidencia hará imperativa la existencia de una corresponsabilidad compartida entre el agente educativo, las familias, las comunidades para llegar a construir, colectivamente, una educación más justa, más equitativa y emancipativa.
The guide that you can see behind this document proposes an integral socio-educational intervention that will allow you to address self-fulfilling prophecy, self-esteem and genders from an intersectional, feminist and inclusive perspective; through a critical and correlational review of significant variables, the different stages of the life cycle and the main contexts of intervention (formal and non-formal education, family and community) are analysed. One of the most significant tools is inclusive language that performs a transformative function by making inequalities visible, feeding self-representation, inclusion, visibilization, promoting the culture of respect, recognition and equity. Specific strategies are also proposed for teacher training and rights-based socio-educational accompaniment, with a focus on diversity and social justice. From the scientific base, neuroplasticity legitimizes the power of change, learning ability and resilience throughout the stage of life development. This evidence will make the existence of a shared responsibility between the educational agent, families and communities imperative in order to collectively build a more just, equitable and emancipatory education.
