Este artículo, que tiene como objetivo mostrar el diseño de un instrumento para medir el índice de reparación simbólica en contextos de Justicia Transicional Restaurativa, se enmarca en un proyecto de investigación interdisciplinar que busca proponer recomendaciones para el fortalecimiento de los trabajos, obras y actividades con contenido restaurador-reparador (TOAR) para la Jurisdicción Especial para la Paz en Colombia. La metodología se basa en una revisión documental orientada por el debate teórico actual sobre Justicia Transicional, así como en la identificación de los retos para implementar el instrumento y evaluar un proyecto restaurativo planteado por las víctimas y reconocido por dicha Jurisdicción.
This article, which aims to show the design of an instrument to measure the index of symbolic reparation in contexts of Transitional Restorative Justice, is part of an interdisciplinary research project which seeks to propose recommendations for strengthening the work, works and activities with restorative-reparative content (TOAR) for the Special Jurisdiction for Peace in Colombia. The methodology is based on a documentary review guided by the current theoretical debate on Transitional Justice and on the identification of the challenges to implement the instrument and evaluate a restorative project proposed by the victims and recognized by said Jurisdiction
