A Vertente Capacitária em Amartya Sen e o caput do Artigo V da Constituição Cidadã: o caso do Galpão Aplauso

    A Vertente Capacitária de Amartya Senpode contribuir para reflexões sobre os direitos fundamentais expressos pelo caputdo Art. V da Constituição Federal de 1988, considerando-se a possibilidade de um estudo que analisa um caso específico de atuação social da ONG Galpão Aplauso sob os auspícios da complexidade apontada por Edgar Morin. Objetivo: Este estudo buscou analisar, por meio da transdisciplinaridade, a possível atuação do Terceiro Setor no processo de resgate educacional e empoderamento social na formação da cidadania plena, conforme preconiza o Art. V da CRFB/88. Método: O olhar para os pontos de interseção entre as diferentes matérias aqui analisadas se apoiou nos conceitos de complexidade através da análise integrada como metodologia, promovendo uma abordagem interdisciplinar e complexa. Sem tal abordagem interdisciplinar, corre-se o risco de que se obtenham insuficientes respostas a uma questão complexa. Resultados: Encontra-se a possibilidade do olhar transdisciplinar para a questão complexa das capacidades e liberdades. Considerações finais: A possibilidade multifacetada de interseção, trazida por Morin, explorou o caso do Galpão Aplauso à luz da teoria de Amartya Sen e ofereceu a possibilidade de reflexões sobre o que se preconiza em nossa Carta Magna no que tange aos direitos fundamentais de igualdade e liberdade.

    Introduction: The Capability Aspectcan contribute to reflections on the fundamental rights expressed in the caput of Art. V of the 1988 Federal Constitution, considering the possibility of a study that analyzes a specific case of social action by the NGO Galpão Aplauso under the auspices ofthe complexity pointed out by Edgar Morin. Objective: This study sought to analyze, through transdisciplinarity, the possible role of the Third Sector in the process of educational rescue and social empowerment in the formation of full citizenship, as recommended by Art. V of the CRFB/88. Method: The look at the points of intersection between the different subjects analyzed here was based on the concepts of complexity through integrated analysis as a methodology, promoting an interdisciplinary and complex approach. Without such an interdisciplinary approach, there is a risk of obtaining insufficient answers to a complex question. Results: We find the possibility of a transdisciplinary look at the complex question of capabilities and freedoms. Final considerations: The multifaceted possibility of intersection, brought by Morin, explored the Galpão Aplauso case considering Amartya Sen's theory and offered the possibility of reflections on what is advocated in our Magna Carta regarding the fundamental rights of equality and freedom.
