Decía Georges Perec en Lo infraordinario que su objetivo consistía en “interrogar a lo que parecería habernos dejado de sorprender para siempre”. Se refería a la necesidad de prestar atención a lo más común y habitual, eso que define nuestras vidas y espacios en el día a día, y no solo a los grandes titulares y acontecimientos. Ahora bien, la dificultad para atender a lo cotidiano reside en que su propia cotidianeidad lo hace invisible, por lo que permanece en un constante juego de aparición y desaparición que define su extraño habitar. Tal juego con lo invisible y desapercibido es lo que, sí, dificulta su atención, pero, a la vez, convoca el misterio. Este artículo tiene como objetivo analizar la extrañeza que desprende lo más cercano, defendiendo con ello el poder de la ficción para interrumpir, aunque sea levemente, la planitud de lo obvio y la información construida.
Georges Perec wrote in L’Infra-ordinaire that his objective was to “question what seems to have ceased to surprise us forever”. He was referring to the need to pay attention to the most common and habitual, that which defines our lives and spaces on a daily basis, and not only to the big headlines and events. However, the difficulty in paying attention to the everyday lies in the fact that its very ordinariness makes it invisible, so it remains in a constant game of appearance and disappearance that defines its strange habitation. Such a game with the invisible and unnoticed is what makes its attention difficult, but, at the same time, summons the mystery. The aim of this article is to analyze the strangeness that the closest thing gives off, thus defending the power of fiction to interrupt, even if only slightly, the flatness of the obvious and the constructed information.

Ele se referiu à necessidade de prestar atenção aos mais comuns e habituais, que define nossas vidas e espaços no dia a dia, e não apenas às grandes manchetes e eventos. No entanto, a dificuldade em cuidar do cotidiano é que sua própria vida diária o torna invisível, então ele permanece em um constante jogo de aparência e desaparecimento que define sua habitação de estranheza. Tal jogo com o invisível e despercebido é o que, sim, dificulta a sua atenção, mas, ao mesmo tempo, invoca o mistério. Este artigo tem como objetivo analisar a estranheza que emerge do mais próximo, defendendo assim o poder da ficção para interromper, mesmo que ligeiramente, a planidão do óbvio e da informação construída.
