Estado del arte que analiza investigaciones publicadas desde 2016, sobre la motivación en estudiantes de medicina, para reconocer los principales tópicos y vacíos del tema. Se utilizaron los descriptores DeSC y MeSH: Motivation learning and medical students. De la interpretación de 45 artículos emergieron como núcleos temáticos: el estudiante, sus relaciones con pares y docentes, las didácticas activas mediadas por la tecnología, los escenarios de práctica, el currículo y teorías de la motivación. Se observa interés por estudiar factores que influyen la motivación extrínseca y aprendizaje autónomo. Se propone reforzar la pertinencia curricular externa desde experiencias motivadoras para el estudiante.
State of the art that analyzes researches published since 2016, about motivation in medical students, to recognize the main topics and gaps on the subject. The descriptors DeSC and Mesh used were: motivation learning and medical students. From the interpretation of 45 articles, emerged as thematic nucleus: the student, their relationships with peers and teachers, active didactics mediaded by technology, practice scenarios, the curriculum and theories of motivation. Interest is shown by studying factors that influence extrinsic motivation and autonomous learning. It is proposed to reinforce the external curricular relevance from motivating experiences for the student.
