This study sets out the current state of labour relations following the arrival and expansion of Industry 4.0, a phenomenon that has led to changes in the structure of the labour market, particularly affecting the characteristics that have traditionally defined dependent work in Spanish regulations. Throughout the analysis, an evolutionary approach is taken to each of the notes of labour, examining the challenges that arise in this new context together with the regulatory responses and proposals that have arisen in the face of the accelerated incorporation of technology in the workplace, as well as their repercussions on the configuration of the future of work.
El presente estudio expone el estado actual de las relaciones laborales tras la llegada y expansión de la Industria 4.0, fenómeno que ha provocado cambios en la estructura del mercado laboral, afectando en especial a las características que tradicionalmente han definido al trabajo dependiente en la normativa española.
A lo largo del análisis, se aborda un enfoque evolutivo de cada una de las notas de laboralidad examinando los desafíos que surgen en este nuevo contexto junto a las respuestas regulatorias y las propuestas que han surgido frente a la acelerada incorporación de la tecnología en el ámbito laboral, así como su repercusión en la configuración del futuro laboral.
