This article aims to present the interview as an important technique for the development of feminist legal research, as well as to introduce the discussion about what has been called "feminist interviews" in the international literature. To this end, we start from the discussions of feminist epistemology about the value of experience as a source of knowledge production, including legal knowledge, and analyze the interview technique as a possibility of enunciating testimony and the design of narratives about a field. The text was developed by a literature review, emphasizing a predominantly theoretical approach to the theme, with a definition of the feminist interview technique, without addressing empirical aspects of its application. Thus, we present the category of experience, materialized through feminist interviews, as a form of knowledge production in Law. In the end, we conclude that the feminist interview technique is, more than a new method, a form of approach that aligns with the concerns of feminist epistemologies and seeks to concretize them, and can be a strategy for legal research that turns to the founding structures of Law and to the questioning of its discourses.
Este artigo tem como objetivo apresentar a entrevista como uma importante técnica para o desenvolvimento de pesquisas jurídicas feministas, bem como introduzir a discussão sobre o que tem sido denominado na literatura internacional de “entrevistas feministas”. Para tanto, partimos das discussões da epistemologia feminista sobre o valor da experiência como fonte de produção de conhecimento, inclusive jurídico, e analisamos a técnica de entrevista como uma possibilidade de enunciação do testemunho e do desenho de narrativas sobre um campo. O texto foi desenvolvido a partir de revisão bibliográfica, ressaltando-se uma abordagem predominantemente teórica do tema, com definição da técnica de entrevista feminista, sem abordar aspectos empíricos de sua aplicação. Assim, apresentamos a categoria da experiência, materializada através das entrevistas feministas, como forma de produção de conhecimento no Direito. Ao final, concluímos que a técnica da entrevista feminista é, mais do que um novo método, uma forma de abordagem que se alinha às preocupações das epistemologias feministas e busca concretizá-las, podendo ser uma estratégia para pesquisas jurídicas que se voltam para as estruturas fundantes do Direito e para o questionamento de seus discursos.
