A partir da experiência pedagógica de empoderamento jurídico de Promotoras Legais Populares e de sua atuação durante a pandemia da Covid-19 no monitoramento de medidas protetivas de urgência, este artigo discute a possibilidade dessa experiência constituir-se em uma metodologia de pesquisa em direito que une o saber popular e o conhecimento acadêmico. Pensada como uma metodologia de conexão ou entrelaçamento de saberes que renova o conhecimento jurídico, fortalece laços, nutre o tecido social e valoriza a atuação política e comunitária de mulheres.
Based on the pedagogical experience of legal empowerment developed by the Promotoras Legais Populares (Popular Legal Promoters) and their role in monitoring Emergency Protective Measures during the Covid-19 pandemic, this article explores the potential of this practice as a legal research methodology. It proposes an approach that weaves together popular knowledge and academic expertise, forming a methodology of connection or interlacing of knowledges. This perspective contributes to renewing legal knowledge, strengthening social bonds, and valuing the political and community engagement of women, while recognizing the transformative power of collectively constructed knowledge.
