The following work particularly browse a topic that has not been considered attractive enough for the Uruguayan legal Dogmatic. In this way, we propose, departing from brief comments about relationship between Law and Literature, to perceive the validity of interpretative communities, its projection across social movements, and to visualize them as environments involved in level interpretation of legal discourse, as far as the possible generation of language belonging to law.
O texto explora particularmente um tema que se estima não ter sido muito atraente para a dogmática uruguaia. Desta forma, propõe-se, com base em breves comentários sobre a relação entre Direito e Literatura, explanar sobre a validade das comunidades interpretativas e sua projeção por meio dos movimentos sociais de modo a visualizá-los como espaços intervenientes no nível de interpretação do discurso jurídico, bem como, como fontes de geração de linguagem relacionada ao Direito.
