Resumen de Feminicídio ou homicídio privilegiado? uma análise discursiva das teses defensivas levantadas nos casos de homicídio qualificado por feminicídio

  This research sought to investigate whether the privileged homicide thesis corresponds to the resurgence of the legitimate defense of honor thesis. This study is bibliographical and documentary research of a qualitative nature. The empirical research consisted of cases of feminicide judicialized in the municipality of Vitória da Conquista, Bahia, between the years 2015 and 2023. To investigate the functioning of the defensive theses, theoretical contributions from French Discourse Analysis were used on the selected manifestations. As for the results, it was found that the hypothesis was partially confirmed.

  A presente pesquisa buscou investigar se a tese do homicídio privilegiado corresponde ao ressurgimento da tese da legítima defesa da honra. Este estudo trata-se de pesquisa bibliográfica e documental de natureza qualitativa. A pesquisa empírica foi constituída por casos de feminicídio ajuizados no município de Vitória da Conquista, Bahia, entre os anos de 2015 a 2023. Para averiguar o funcionamento das teses defensivas, foram utilizados aportes teóricos da Análise do Discurso francesa sobre as manifestações selecionadas. Quanto aos resultados, verificou-se que a hipótese foi parcialmente confirmada.
