The judgment note analyzes the jurisprudential confusion over the interruption of causation. The theory of scientific causation is in crisis before the explanation of the interruption of the etiological relationship. It is evident how any risk can arise after the injurious effect determined by the first tortious conduct, due to a natural or human factor.
