Paralelismos y diferencias entre la Actio legis aquiliae y la Actio vi bonorum raptorum

    Tanto la actio vi bonorum raptorum como la actio legis Aquiliae buscan la protección de la víctima, si bien la primera protege contra los que dolo malo le arrebataban sus bienes por la fuerza, mientras que la segunda se dirige a castigar actos realizados con culpa vel neglegentia, aunque confluyen en relación con el damnum. Este artículo analiza las posibles semejantes y diferencias entre estas dos acciones

    Both the actio vi bonorum raptorum and the actio legis Aquiliae seek the protection of the victim, although the former protects against those who dolo malo took his property by force, while the latter is aimed at punishing acts carried out with culpa vel neglegentia, although they converge in relation to the damnum. This article analyses the possible similarities and differences between these two actions
