La reforma laboral de 2022, encaminada a fomentar la contratación indefinida y limitar la temporalidad a casos justificados, ha supuesto importantes avances en la reducción de la temporalidad en el mercado laboral español. Aunque todavía queda trabajo por hacer, estos avances deberían animarnos a pensar en el potencial de un mercado laboral más estable.
The 2022 labour reform, aimed at promoting permanent contracts and limiting temporary contracts to justified cases, has made significant strides in reducing temporary employment in the Spanish labour market. While there is still work to be done, this progress should encourage us about the potential for a more stable labour market.
