En este artículo se presenta Ágora-Lab | Ágora de Educación, un proyecto docente inspirado en los planteamientos y experiencias de Célestin Freinet, desarrollado en el Grado de Educación Social impartido en la Facultad de Educación de Palencia (Universidad de Valladolid, España), que, con humildad, buen ánimo y cierto riesgo, intenta renovar y revitalizar la vida universitaria, tanto sus estilos como sus contenidos. Pretende ser un laboratorio de pensamiento pedagógico y experimentación educativa con el propósito de desarrollar estrategias de participación, colaboración y cooperación en la esferas pública, social y cultural; pensar y experimentar distintas formas y estilos de llevarlas a cabo; establecer vías de conexión entre la universidad y el entorno; y canalizar algunas de las motivaciones sociales que nos invitan participar de los compromisos éticos que posibilitan la vida en común y aspiran a hacerla mejor, más libre, más justa y más solidaria.
This article presents Ágora-Lab | Ágora of Education, a teaching project inspired by the ideas and experiences of Célestin Freinet, developed in the Bachelor’s degree in Social Education offered at the Faculty of Education of Palencia (University of Valladolid, Spain). With humility, good spirits, and a certain degree of risk, it seeks to renew and revitalize university life, both in terms of its styles and its content. It aims to be a laboratory for pedagogical thought and educa-tional experimentation with the goal of developing strategies for participation, collaboration, and cooperation in the public, social, and cultural spheres; to think about and experiment with diffe-rent ways and styles of implementing them; to establish connections between the university and its surroundings; and to channel some of the social motivations that invite us to engage in the ethical commitments that make shared life possible, and aspire to make it better, freer, more just, and more supportive
