En el estudio se evaluaron dos grupos de estudiantes en su capacidad para resolver problemas de cantidad. El grupo experimental y el grupo de control fueron analizados en cuatro niveles de desempeño. En el nivel de inicio, el grupo experimental tuvo un 30% de estudiantes, mientras que el grupo de control tuvo un 20%. En el nivel de proceso, el grupo experimental no tuvo participantes, mientras que el grupo de control tuvo un 8%. En el nivel logrado, el grupo experimental tuvo un 1%, comparado con el 3% del grupo de control. En el nivel destacado, no se encontraron estudiantes en ninguno de los dos grupos.
The study evaluated two groups of students in their ability to solve quantity-related problems. The experimental group and the control group were analyzed across four performance levels. In the starting level, the experimental group had 30% of students, while the control group had 20%. The experimental group had no participants in the processing level, whereas the control group had 8%. In the achieved level, the experimental group had 1%, compared to the 3% in the control group. In the advanced level, no students were found in either of the two groups.
