En esta indagación se busca dilucidar cómo se configuran las condiciones laborales de los diferentes tipos de profesores temporales que laboran en las universidades mexicanas. Conocer y explicar cómo se definen salarios, jornadas, actividades, traslados, obligaciones y derechos que se asumen al momento de desempeñarse como profesores temporales. Se busca analizar esta situación a través del concepto de precariedad, el cual se reconstruye y se proponen algunas dimensiones pertinentes para el caso concreto del trabajo realizado por profesores temporales universitarios. Los resultados aquí presentados tienen como base una investigación con enfoque cualitativo, en la que se realizaron entrevistas a profundidad a profesores temporales de tres universidades: ibero, uam y uacm. El enfoque configuracionista ayuda a reconstruir el trabajo docente y analizarlo a través del concepto de precariedad, desde una visión multidimensional, buscando comprender el fenómeno.
This paper seeks to elucidate how the working conditions of the different types of temporary professors who work in Mexican universities are configu-red. Know and explain how salaries, hours, activities, transfers, obligations and rights that they assume when working as a temporary teacher are defi-ned. It seeks to analyze this situation through the concept of precariousness which is reconstructed and some relevant dimensions are proposed for the specific case of the work carried out by temporary university professors. The results presented here are based on a research work with a qualitative approach, where in-depth interviews were conducted with temporary pro-fessors from three universities: ibero, uam and uacm. The configurationist approach helps to reconstruct the teaching work and analyze it through the concept of precariousness, from a multidimensional vision, seeking to understand the phenomenon.
