En el presente artículo escrito con ocasión al 60° aniversario de la Revista de Ciencias Jurídicas,se busca evidenciar la evolución científica y la enseñanza académica del Derecho Procesal Penal en nuestro país, mediante un recorrido por los textos publicados en la citada revista durante estos sesenta años, ubicados temporalmente y referenciados según la legislación vigente en ese momento, a saber, el Código General de 1841, el Código de Procedimientos Penales de 1973 y, el Código Procesal Penal de 1996. Al final se emiten algunas conclusiones y se incluye la bibliografía empleada en la elaboración del artículo.
In this article written on the occasion of the 60th anniversary of the Revista de Ciencias Jurídicas, we seek to demonstrate the scientific evolution and academic teaching of Criminal Procedure Law in our country, through a tour of the texts published in the aforementioned journalduring these sixty years, temporarily located and referenced according to the legislation in force at that time, namely, the General Code of 1841, the Code of Criminal Procedures of 1973 and the Criminal Procedure Code of 1996. At the end some conclusions are issued and the bibliography is included used in the preparation of the article.
