• Resumen

  • The essay focuses on the problems related to labour rights in the GVCs with particular regard to juridical questions linked to the extraterritoriality of law and the corporate veil. It offers a general analysis of the tools introduced by states and international organisations focusing on due diligence measures and on the role played by the ILO in the last decades on this matter.
