O sector da educação, à semelhança de outros sectores, depara-se com dificuldade para a realização das suas actividades de leccionação utilizando modelo, devido a imposição da pandemia da COVID-19.
Como estratégia, as diferentes instituições do ensino superior em Moçambique tiveram que adoptar o ensino híbrido, que consiste na busca e introdução de tecnologias de comunicação que facilitem ao professor e ao aluno a leccionação on-line. A pesquisa teve como objectivo: Compreender a utilização do uso da plataforma electrónica do Sistema de Aprendizagem nas Instituições do Ensino Superior em Moçambique. A pesquisa contou com a participação de cinquenta (50) participantes, dos quais 40 estudantes dentre eles vinte (20) do sexo masculino e de igual número do sexo feminino. Para além dos estudantes fizeram parte da pesquisa, 10 docentes. A pesquisa teve como pergunta de partida: Quais são as dificuldades que têm enfrentado perante a utilização da plataforma eletrônica do sistema de aprendizagem da Universidade? A realização da pesquisa apoiou-se no método qualitativo e auxiliou-se da entrevista semi-estruturada e observação directa como técnica e instrumentos de recolha de dados. O processamento e análise dos dados efectuou-se através dos programas: Microsoft Office Excel 2010 e o pacote estatístico Statistical Program for the Social Sciences (SPSS) Versão 22.0. Os resultados da pesquisa permitiram concluir que as instituições em análise utilizam diferentes plataformas eletrônicas como estratégia de leccionação. Contudo, existem dificuldades de manuseamento do mesmo.Em forma de sugestão julgamos que as instituições devem desenvolver seminários de sensibilização e capacitação para os docentes e alunos para aceitação deste modelo.
The education sector, like other sectors, faces difficulties in carrying out its teaching activities using a model, due to the imposition of the COVID-19 pandemic. Understand the use of the electronic platform of the Learning System in Higher Education Institutions in Mozambique. The study had the participation of fifty (50) participants, of which 40 students, including twenty (20) males and an equal number of females. In addition to the students, 10 professors took part in the research. The research had a starting question: What are the difficulties you have faced when using the electronic platform of the University's learning system? The conduction of the research was supported by the qualitative method and aided by the semi-structured interview and direct observation as a technique and instruments for data collection. Data processing and analysis were carried out using the following programs:
Microsoft Office Excel 2010 and the statistical package Statistical Program for the Social Sciences (SPSS) Version 22.0. The research results allowed us to conclude that the institutions under analysis use different electronic platforms as a teaching strategy. However, there are difficulties in handling it. As a suggestion, we believe that institutions should develop awareness and training seminars for teachers and students to accept this model.
