Ante la profundidad y velocidad de los cambios emergentes, en el ámbito del talento humano, las acciones de sus gerentes son los impulsos que movilizan las estrategias hacia la transformación organizacional y a su continua adaptación a los cambios internos y externos. Esta situación de la gerencia universitaria movió a las investigadoras a realizar un estudio documental para revelar la esencia de la gerencia y la praxis organizacional desde la filosofía de la acción humana de la gerencia y a la praxis organizacional universitaria
The organizational praxis and the management of universities are subject to the historical evolution that in recent times has reached unimaginable levels. Given the depth and speed of the emerging changes, in the field of human talent, the actions of its managers are the impulses that mobilize the strategies towards organizational transformation and its continuous adaptation to internal and external changes. This situation of university management prompted the researchers to carry out a documentary study to reveal the essence of management and organizational praxis from the philosophy of human action in management and university organizational praxis
