This article aims to offer the educational community the approach provided by high sensitivity applied to education, both from its conceptual foundation and oriented towards teaching practice. Therefore, it is an action-research based on the author's teaching and personal experience, although supported by an increasingly theoretical basis resulting from the growing interest it is generating among researchers. Talking about high sensitivity in our classrooms implies attention to all sensitivities, from highly sensitive children (HSC) to those with apparently lower sensitivity. What is highly sensitive is the approach, the "view" in that whole process of teaching-education-learning in which we all teach, we all learn, and we all take care of our own essence from the "us" in the sensitive classroom. Therefore, it is not a system, a methodology, or a set of techniques, which in any case will be at the service of that view. Here, what is truly important is the promotion from schools and classrooms of that essence with which we are born, taking as a starting point the entry profile of the student from the moment our lives come into contact like rivers and tributaries
