El artículo reflexiona sobre la validez del conocimiento que deviene de métodos meramente empíricos y de la reivindicación educativa, una deuda pendiente con aquellos saberes y grupos tradicionalmente marginados. Plantea transformaciones en el entretejido social que se puede generar desde lo educativo con los diferentes actores que intervienen en el quehacer pedagógico, pues evidentemente, el trabajo pensado en las comunidades puede ser a través de proyectos de inclusión e interculturales, enfocados en la apertura a lo diverso y en los diálogos con los pares para reconocer la diferencia, los saberes y todo el acervo cultural que se allega con el otro; situación donde el docente como autor principal encarna esa responsabilidad de evolución y transformación, reflejándolo en sus congéneres más cercanos, luego en la comunidad y con efecto en la sociedad.
The article reflects on the validity of knowledge derived from purely empirical methods and educational claims, a debt with those groups that have been traditionally marginalized. The article proposes transformations in the social framework that can be generated from education with the different actors involved in the pedagogical work, because evidently, the work thought in the communities can be through inclusion and intercultural projects, focused on the opening to diversity and in the dialogues with peers to recognize the difference, the knowledge and all the cultural heritage that is gathered with the other; This is a situation where the teacher as the main author embodies this responsibility of evolution and transformation, reflecting it in their closest peers, then in the community and with effect on society.
