    La investigación estudia la agenda de política exterior ecuatoriana desde la agenda política del Estado ecuatoriano, durante el primer semestre de 2018, a través de la página web del Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores y Movilidad Humana. Se parte del método analítico, con metodología mixta y preponderancia del enfoque cuantitativo. Los resultados demuestran que la movilidad humana vista desde una perspectiva amplia e integral, sigue siendo un tema de importancia en la agenda política, no así la migración de retorno.

    The research studies the Ecuadorian foreign policy agenda from the political agenda of the Ecuadorian State, during the first semester of 2018, through the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Human Mobility. Be part of the analytical method, with a mixed methodology and a preponderance of the quantitative approach. The results show that human mobility, seen from a broad and integral perspective, continues to be an important issue on the political agenda, but not the return migration.
