    Las artesanías como actividad perteneciente a la economía naranja tienen un gran potencial para crecer en los mercados nacionales e internacionales, sin embargo, en la actualidad donde se sienten los efectos de la crisis económica generada por la pandemia del COVID-19, este sector se ha visto fuertemente afectado, teniendo en cuenta lo anterior en el presente documento se indaga sobre las principales características de la economía naranja y su relación con las artesanías, para luego mostrar desde el gobierno y otras instituciones cuál ha sido el apoyo que se le ha dado a las personas que se dedican a dichas actividades, identificando a que beneficios potencialmente pueden acceder y así reducir el impacto negativo sobre sus finanzas y bienestar ante la crisis económica.

    Handicrafts as an activity belonging to the orange economy have great potential to grow in national and international markets, however, today where the effects of the economic crisis generated by the COVID-19 pandemic are being felt, this sector has been seen strongly affected. Taking into account the above, this document investigates the main characteristics of the orange economy and its relationship with handicrafts, to then show from the government and other institutions what has been the support that has been given to the people who are dedicated to these activities, identifying what benefits they can potentially access to reduce the negative impact on their finances and well-being in the face of the economic crisis.
