La Sala de lo Social del Tribunal de Casación francés dicta una nueva sentencia sobre los trabajadores de plataformas, tras la sentencia Take Eat Easy. En este supuesto, aclara si la relación que vincula a los conductores de Uber con la empresa es o no laboral. Considera que la relación es laboral y explica pormenorizadamente los motivos que le llevan a alcanzar esa conclusión.
This is the second decision rendered by the french Labour Chamber of the Court of Cassation concerning platforms workers, following the ruling handed down in the Take Eat Easy case. The Court clarifies if the relations between the companie Uber and the ride-hailing drivers can or can not be considered an employment contract. It concludes the relation between them is a labour relation and explains why.
