El presente trabajo contiene un estudio de la regulación del cambio climático y de los principalesderechos humanos que han sido denunciados como afectados, en los procesos incoados contrala inactividad parcial o la falta de diligencia debida, en que podrían íncurrir las instituciones de la Unión Europea, los Estados nacionales y lasempresas, al no adoptar las medidas idóneas adecuadasy eficaces para lograr la mitigación o adaptación a dicho cambio y asegurar la protecciónde los derechos de las presentes y las futuras generaciones.
This paper contains a study of the regulation of climate change and the main human rights that have been denounced as affected, in the proceedings initiated against partial inactivity or lackof due diligence, that could be incurred by the institutions of the European Union, nation States and companies, by not taking adequate and effective measures to achieve mitigation or adaptation to such change and ensure the protection of the rights of present and future generations.
