La religión es una de las bases de toda sociedad y está bajo un agente social controlador, para así vincular las personas a un orden común y la cual tiene como objetivo el regular una parte la sociedad, ya que bajo su régimen está el encuentro con el bien moral, para que de ahí emane el hacer el bien hacia el prójimo. La religión como todo ente social tiene ordenamientos morales y jurídicos, los cuales dictan los puntos de control, uno de ellos y la base legal del catolicismo es el Código Canónico, el cual en su artículo 983 fracción 1 establece, “El sigilo sacramental es inviolable; por lo cual está terminantemente prohibido al confesor descubrir al penitente, de palabra o de cualquier otro modo, y por ningún motivo” y se define como -confesión-, siendo esto un acto eclesiástico que resguarda un secreto inviolable, el cual tiene como objeto custodiar todo aquello de lo que se manifieste en él, ocultando toda la información que se entregue sin importar el cuál sea su origen ; teniendo como finalidad absolver las penas morales de cada uno de los individuos que desee participar en este sigilo sacramental; sustentando legalmente en el Código Canónico que es aquel que fue estipulado por los legisladores del estado atípico el Vaticano y bajo sus convencionalismo sociales solo fue elaborado para esa nación atípica, empero todas las iglesias de esta religión en el mundo tienen que regirse por este mismo, independientemente de que esos individuos no sean de tal nación ya que así lo marca, “Las leyes meramente eclesiásticas obligan a los bautizados en la Iglesia católica y a quienes han sido recibidos en ella, siempre que tengan uso de razón suficiente y, si el derecho no dispone expresamente otra cosa, hayan cumplido siete años”, siendo para estos mismos el primer ordenamiento que tienen que tomar en cuenta para poder guiarse en cuestiones jurídicas, espirituales y morales. Todo ente gubernamental o ente privado que maneje -datos personales- de un particular tiene como obligación el emplear un documento en el cual se instaure el manejo de aquellos datos y el cual tiene como nombre Aviso de Privacidad y tiene como objeto “delimitar los alcances y condiciones generales del tratamiento, así como informarlos a los titulares, a fin de que estén en posibilidad de tomar decisiones informadas sobre el uso de sus datos personales, y de mantener el control y disposición sobre ellos. Asimismo, el -aviso de privacidad- permite al responsable transparentar dicho tratamiento, y con ello fortalecer el nivel de confianza de los titulares”, por lo que toda organización que tenga consigo el tratamiento de datos personales tiene la obligación de contar con este aviso; además de que el estado estará encargado de hacer que se cumpla esto, “La información que se refiere a la vida privada y los datos personales será protegida en los términos y con las excepciones que fijen las leyes”, por tal razón es el encargado de velar por un estado completo de legalidad y está obligado a que se respete y se cumpla.

Any government entity or private entity containing - personal data - of an individual has the obligation to use a document in the handling of such data is established with the name -Warning Privacy Note- and has as its object "to define the scopes and general conditions of the processing, as well as informing the holders, so they are able to make informed decisions about the use of their personal data, and to maintain control and disposition over them.
Likewise, the warning privacy noteallows the responsible person to give transparency to the treatment, and thereby strengthen the confidence of the holders", so that any organization has personal data has the obligation to have this warning privacy note; In addition to the state being in charge of enforcing this, "The information refers to private life and personal data will be protected in the terms and with the exceptions set by thelaws",for this reason it is responsible for ensuring a complete state of legality and is obliged to be respected and enforced.
