The lack of the sense of hearing identifies the subject susceptible to showing some hearing dysfunction. The variables of this dysfunction depend on the coordination that is activated by the adults of a community, a district, a country for detection and early care. Likewise, the channels of behavioural and linguistic socialization are subject to the overlapping application of protocols and resources. Language development requires providing a deaf child with a means of communication is key for the subsequent development of thought. The key questions bring out the identity of a collective ‘I’ versus the family and individual ‘other’ with respect to who, where, how, with what and / or with whom.
The important and the urgent go the same way, although not to the urgency that is required: you have to arrive on time, and for this you have to know the recipients of these grants and these supports, sometimes obtained thanks to international cooperation. We will focus on the training experiences lived by teachers and students of the University of Cádiz in Morocco in the light of human rights and reports from non-governmental organizations. It is confirmed how the action mechanisms respond to the demand of the Moroccan society that welcomes these minors and their families, starting with the phonetic appropriation or demutization and channeling strategies towards the normalization of their sign language.
