Moving towards the Sustainable Development Goals set by the UN for 2030 and the subsequent transition to a green and circular economy necessarily require a transformation of the financial sector and, specifically, the development of financial products that promote the channeling of money towards companies and projects with social and environmental benefits. This research aims to identify the level of knowledge and beliefs about this type of products, as well as estimate the intention of clients to invest in ethical banking and socially responsible financial products. The results reveal that knowledge is scarce and that information campaigns must modify the image that customers currently have of these products in relation to their financial behavior and their ability to solve social and environmental problems.
