Este artículo analiza las particularidades de la praxis política que se reproduce en los espacios de participación de la Alcaldía de Tlalpan. Las preguntas que lo guían plantean cómo las prácticas clientelares se han adecuado ante los cambios del sistema político. Para responderlas se realizó un estudio cualitativo entre 2015 y 2019 que, además de la asistencia a actos masivos y a reuniones entre los diferentes actores, incluyó entrevistas semiestructuradas a dirigentes partidarios, funcionarios delegacionales, intermediarios y gestores en las colonias, así como ciudadanos ligados a las redes políticas. Propone que las formas de participación ciudadana son producto de intercambios políticos expresados más allá del ámbito electoral y producidos en el marco de subjetividades políticas y habitus compartidos
This paper analyzes the particularities of political praxis that are reproduced in the participation spaces of the municipality of Tlalpan. The guiding questions pose how given the changes in the political system clientelistic practices have been adapted to better suit the new political reality. To answer them, a qualitative study was carried out between 2015 and 2019 that included attending mass events and meetings between the different actors as well as semi-structured interviews with party leaders, town hall officials, intermediaries and district managers, as well as citizens linked to political networks. Proposed that the means of civic participation are the product of political exchanges that expressed beyond the electoral sphere and reproduced in the framework of political subjectivities and shared habitus
