La presente investigación parte del estudio de diagnóstico efectuado en el que se detectaron insuficiencias en los modos de actuación de los docentes para dar tratamiento a la equidad de género. Como vía de solución al problema se diseña una propuesta metodológica a partir de las potencialidades axiológicas del contenido. La propuesta aporta una metodología para favorecer el tratamiento a la equidad de género desde el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje del posgrado para favorecer los modos de actuación del docente universitario. Se utilizaron métodos del nivel empírico para valorar la factibilidad de la propuesta.
This research is part of the diagnostic study carried out, in which deficiencies were detected in the modes of action of teachers to treat gender equality. This problem, of a pedagogical nature, was investigated. As a solution, a methodological proposal is elaborated to strengthen the treatment of gender equality from the postgraduate teaching-learning process in the Information Sciences career, of the University of Holguín. Its effectiveness was assessed through the application of expert criteria, as well as socialization workshops. It was confirmed that the proposal conceived is viable and effective, by contributing to the strengthening of gender equity in the University. The methods and techniques applied were found to be relevant and effective.
