    Para afrontar las consecuencias que el COVID-19 está ocasionando en nuestro país, se han aprobado normas que posibilitan la solicitud de la moratoria de las hipotecas de vivienda habitual, de inmuebles afectos a la actividad económica y de segundas viviendas arrendadas en las que se ha dejado de percibir el pago del alquiler.

    To face the consequences that the COVID-19 is causing in our country, regulations have been approved that make it possible to request the moratorium on mortgages for habitual dwellings, real estate affected by economic activity and second rented dwellings in which stopped receiving the rent payment.
